These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for using our website and services. By submitting an enquiry or booking with Tide & Tumble, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Services

We provide:

  • Linen and towel hire

  • Laundry and ironing services

  • Collection and delivery services within the South Hams area
     

Service availability may vary depending on location and scheduling.

2. Bookings & Enquiries

All bookings or service requests must be made via our website contact form, phone, or email. We aim to respond to enquiries within 24–48 hours.

Booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged and accepted it.

3. Linen Hire

Linen is provided for hire only and remains the property of Tide & Tumble. Clients are responsible for the condition of all hired items and may be charged for loss or damage beyond reasonable wear and tear.

4. Collection & Drop-Off

We offer delivery and collection at agreed times and locations. If access is not available at the arranged time, a missed collection/delivery fee may apply.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

7. Liability

We take great care in handling linen and providing services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Minor shrinkage or wear from standard washing processes
     

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, road closures)
     

Our total liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

8. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or harmful activities. Content on this site may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
